All Camp Placement Questionnaires were due on April 26 at 12pm Pacific Time. We did this.

The Placement Team spends late April and May reviewing each questionnaire we receive (1,576 in 2018).

We spend June creating the map of Black Rock City.

We announce Placement in early July.

Thursday July 26 at 12pm Noon Pacific Time is the last day to make changes to Work Access Pass requests (for placed Theme Camps and Villages only). More details coming soon.

Monday August 20 – Placement begins on playa. Arrive according to your WAP arrival date.

Before Saturday August 25 at 10:30pm – Arrive in Black Rock City to claim your reserved camping space.
