The camp membership application for BRC 2022 is now open. If you would like to be considered for a Stewards Sale ticket invitation, please fill out the form as soon as possible. Camp population will be 8-12 people this year, and we will likely not have enough Stewards Sale ticket invitations to cover all members.

Placement will inform us of our Stewards Sale (fka Directed Group Sale) ticket allocation in early February. Stewards Sale invitations will be allocated to selected camp members via Burner Profiles on February 23, and the Stewards Sale ticket sale opens on March 9. 2022 Refund Policy

Though we have our sights set on a return to Black Rock City this year, we are still in the midst of an unpredictable pandemic. Should circumstance prevent us from bringing our city back this year, and force us to cancel the event before early May, we intend to make a one-time exception to our “no refunds” policy and offer partial refunds of up to 50% of your ticket purchase. If we have to cancel the event later than early May, we will be unable to make any exception to our policy, as a large amount of our necessary spending will already have taken place.

Please note that tickets will not be refundable in any amount for any other reason, including if you find yourself unable to attend BRC after you buy a ticket (but you can still transfer your ticket to someone else via STEP!).
